My name is Suz and I love all things cheese. Yes, cheese is its own food group on my food pyramid and everything I cook has some element of cheese (even the desserts). But primarily, I am a singer! Opera is my spouse, though musical theater was my first love and warms my heart to this day. I live in a fantastic city, also known as Philly and it is the backdrop to all that I do.
